Pennsylvania Interactive, a subsidiary of NIC (NASDAQ: EGOV), is seeking a talented UX/UI developer with high level of experience with Microsoft Sharepoint (2010+) and a passion for creating and administering websites.
The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with our project management and development teams in an agile/ITIL based full web design cycle. Other responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to, meeting with clients, training, writing, accessibility and usability testing, verifying design integrity across multiple browsers, operating systems and mobile devices.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint (3-5years)
Transforming custom web designs into functional websites
Ability to customize and leverage standard SharePoint webparts
Creating custom SharePoint lists and interactive forms
Creating custom workflows
Experience with web accessibility and Section 508 standards
Adobe Creative Cloud
Knowledge of responsive web design using Foundation and/or Bootstrap
Knowledge of VMWare Fusion
Knowledge of Atlassian Software Development and Collaboration Tools
Knowledge of Google Analytics
Knowledge of mobile first methodologies
Desired Skills and Abilities:

Ability to provide valid rational for design decisions
Excellent listening, verbal and writing skills
High attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
